I have recently separated from my girlfriend and am now seeking accommodation. I am alone, without children or pets, and must share that I do not use any substances, including cannabis or alcoholic beverages. I am a very tidy and respectful person. I am originally from Moldova, and my native language is Russian. I work quite diligently 5–6 days a week, with my hours typically running from 6:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and I attend church every Sunday. I am hoping to find accommodation that is reasonably close to the city center, as I work at the Edmonton City Centre. As I do not own a car, the location would ideally need to offer convenient access to work via bus or metro. I would require a private room and my own dedicated washroom facilities. After a long workday, I truly value a peaceful and quiet setting. I would certainly be open to having a roommate who is either Russian-speaking or Ukrainian-speaking, especially if they also do not smoke or drink alcohol, as I find that important for a peaceful environment. I am currently focused on studying English, as my proficiency is still quite modest, and I rely mostly on Google Translate for communication. My budget for rent is up to $650.
