Hi! My name is Hania, and I’m an incoming third-year student at the University of Toronto. I’m very interested in the room and am looking for a place close to campus for the upcoming school year. I’m quiet, clean, tidy, responsible, respectful, and communicative. I’m focused on school but also friendly and social, and I’m very respectful of other people’s privacy, personal space, and shared areas. I don’t smoke, drink, throw parties, or have overnight guests. I’ve rented in Toronto for the past two years and have always paid my rent reliably and on time, with no issues during my previous tenancies. I’m currently staying with my parents over two hours outside Toronto, so finding a comfortable and stable home close to campus is my biggest priority.
