We are a clean, quiet, accommodating, and well mannered couple; looking for a small apartment, room or studio/ basement. We always pay on time and keep our things very clean and we take care of our belongings/ living space. We never party and rarely have guests over. Used to a small space, I like to keep my kitchen tidy and bathroom clean. No parking space needed at the moment. I have a cat that I would love to bring but can stay living a her current location.
