(I am looking to move in around April 2026, but decided to make my profile in advance.)

I am an international student in tech/business. I’ve had a wide variety of roommates in the past. I would like a peaceful and quiet environment to do my work, eat my soup, and sleep. Cleanliness is also important to me, and I would want to split our household tasks.

For my apartment, I would just like it to be in an overall good condition and near reliable public transit.

Roommate preferences:

1. Is willing to split chores and do them regularly without reminders
2. Overall quiet environment, no loud noises or parties at night
3. Can discuss any issues and make compromises
4. Respects privacy and personal items
5. Doesn’t bring overnight guests over too often (occasional guests are fine, of course)
