I am an international college student and work a part-time job in tech, primarily just focused on working, studying, and grinding out that Leetcode. I’ve lived in a few countries and cities now with a fairly wide range of demographics, so I am quite open-minded in terms of roommates as long as we all get along. I am also good with pets. I am rather introverted, but am open to being friends and hanging out depending on the vibes.

My absolute dealbreakers for roommates are:

1. Cleanliness: I myself do chores regularly and value hygiene so I’d like roommates who do the same.
2. Low noise levels: I really need peace and quiet to work, study, and sleep (I like to have quiet time from around 9-10 pm). I would prefer roommates with similar routines, who don’t play loud music at night or throw late, loud parties, as well as overall quiet neighbors.

My move-in date is quite flexible. I would also prefer a lease until the end of the year and then potentially renewing it if possible, but that’s not a major dealbreaker/priority.
