ISO basement suite or private room, space of our own with separate bathroom, preferably with utilities included! We are married couple keep to ourselves, looking for a quiet place. We take pride in home and keep it tidy and clean. Essentially clean up after ourselves. Very reserved and quiet. We have had a really hard time trying to find a place. so any help would be awesome thanks again!
