I’m currently looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable 2-bedroom basement with 1 bathroom, available starting September 1st.

I have a full-time job and can provide proof of employment if needed. I’m responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I value a peaceful living environment and always take good care of the place where I live.

📍 Ideally looking for something near Windermere, Ambleside, Glenridding, Keswick, or nearby areas, preferably within walking distance of my workplace.
