I’m not really home because of work during the day. When I am, I’m quiet and pretty well out the way. I’m an introvert for the most and like my space. I don’t really host, I may have one or two people from time to time. If you like to have friends over and host on weekends, I’m cool with that; though I don’t like noise during workdays. I love animals, so pets are fine. I smoke sometimes, never in the house.

I like to be friends with my roommates. It’s not a requirement, though keeping things cordial and respectful is.

I’m willing to negotiate prices for rent, my budget is $750-900.
