I am a 27yo grad student having to leave my program on sudden notice to move to Toronto for the coming months or longer. I am a quiet non-smoker with no pets and have a guarantor I can provide. My ideal locations for housing are any location within walking distance of the 2 line or in Toronto town. Rooms north of the 401 wont be suitable for me unfortunately. As I am a queer individual I am seeking LGBT friendly housing as a priority.
