Hi I’m Tabitha! I’m a 32 year old, quiet and content woman. I’m looking for a 10 to 15 month living situation starting October and I’m new to the area. I prefer to keep to myself but if we become friends thats fine too! My values are cleanliness, empathy and communication.

I grew up with a lot of siblings in cramped spaces & understand the value of approaching roommate conversations with fairness and perspective. I dont raise my voice and I consider myself a very patient woman.

I have spent most of my life in childcare, home care, elderly assistance or Nanny positions & as such I have excellent house care routines & communication skills, and know the value of routine & boundaries.

I read or game in my free time, and I am in a long-term committed relationship with my travelling spouse.

I dont smoke, dont drink (except wine occasionally) and I enjoy cooking & cleaning. I am LBGTQ+, judgement free & consider myself very accommodating to disabled persons, while also upholding healthy cleanliness standards.

I genuinely believe home should always be a safe and open space, and want to make sure that is the case for anyone I live with too.
