I’m a business professional working remotely, so I’m home during the day and value a calm, comfortable living environment.

What I’m looking for:

• A room large enough to comfortably fit a queen-size bed (if unfurnished), with space for a desk/work setup in the room

• Good natural light

• Downtown Location. Close to the Skytrain a plus.

• A private or attached bathroom would be a strong plus

** Budget flexible for the right space/fit.

Availability: Interested to rent for June 1st or July 1st. Looking for a 3-6 months term, but could be interested in extending if it’s the right fit.
