’m 39, non-binary, I’m looking to rent out a spare room following a separation from my partner. The space is bright, large, furnished, but doesn’t have to be. I’m open to shorter stays. I value communication, and enjoy a roommateship where we can catch up over a cup of coffee, but also respect each others’ space. The apartment is a minute away from a metro station and ten minutes from park Lafontaine.
