Hello! My name is Alonzo.

I’m looking for a quiet, stable place to live, study and work.

A bit about me: I work full-time in painting (residential & general work), I have a stable routine, and I’m very clean, respectful, and quiet at home. After work I usually just rest, study online for my finance degree graduation, shower, and prepare for the next day. I don’t party and I keep shared areas in good condition.

I really value:

• Respecting shared spaces and quiet times
• Keeping the place clean and tidy
• Good communication and a calm, chill environment with housemates
• Living respectfully with others, not just “renting a room”

Because of the nature of my work, I may arrive home dusty at times, but I’m very careful to keep common areas clean and always clean up after myself.

I don’t:

• I don’t party or make noise at night
• I don’t smoke or use drugs
• I don’t Have pets

I’m reliable, responsible, and always pay rent on time. I have a stable work routine and valid status to live and work in Canada.
