I am a single professional returning to Canada on May 11th, working full-time in the trades (painter). I am looking for a room from May 11th to May 31st, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a month-to-month arrangement after that.

About me: Since my day starts very early and I work long hours, I will be out of the house most of the day. I am Christian, very quiet, clean, and respectful. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and really just need a peaceful home environment to rest. Budget: Looking to pay around $500 - $550 for these initial 20 days (based on an $800/month budget), ideally with utilities included and low/no security deposit for the short term.

Location: SE Calgary is strongly preferred but I’m open to other areas with good transit/parking.
