I’m currently in Victoria on a short-term stay until May 1 and am looking for a 1–4 month arrangement while I secure a longer-term home.

I’m a mature, active, and respectful professional who leads a healthy lifestyle. I spend much of my time out cycling, at the gym, swimming, and exploring the area, so I tend to be low-impact at home. I value a clean, calm, and well-kept space and am consistently easy to live with. Open to a mutually beneficial arrangement where I can contribute around the home if helpful.

I’m tidy, non-smoking, and get along well with people of all ages. I enjoy music, cooking, and the occasional game night, and bring a positive, considerate presence to any home.

Ideally looking for something reasonably central, but open to the right fit. Budget is flexible depending on the space, location, and overall situation.
