Looking for a roommate for 2 bed / 2 bath apartment – March 1 move-in

I’m a working professional looking to rent a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on a 1-year joint lease and share it with one other person. Each person will have their own private bedroom and bathroom.

I’m currently exploring units with properties like Broadstreet (various locations), The Taylor, London Flats etc..

I work from home, travel occasionally for work, keep a quiet routine, and can provide employment details and references. Ideally, I’m looking to share with a single professional.

Total budget: approximately $1,700–$2,000 all-inclusive (shared).

Location: Saskatoon

Preferred move-in: March 1, 2026
