Hello! I’m Jakub, 25, an IT professional new to Toronto, looking for a long-term private room in a shared flat. I work full-time, am tidy, decently quiet, non-smoker, and respectful of shared spaces. Multilingual (Czech/Slovak, German, English) and learning French.

Looking for a room (furnished or unfurnished), move-in by 20th June. Budget around CAD 1800. Prefer downtown.
