I am a single, mature, professional who is health oriented and embraces a balanced lifestyle. I have a medium sized dog who is 7 years old and very friendly, loving and well behaved. She is also spayed and crate trained. Currently downsizing due to high rental cost and no longer needing the amount of space we have. When not working I love to cook, get out into nature, and relax. I currently have alot of house plants so it would be amazing to have a room or space with lots of good light. I drive a crossover vehicle and would require a Parking space. Laundry on site and shared internet costs would also be amazing.
