I am currently seeking a long-term room for rent in or around Lindsay, Peterborough, or anywhere near Kirkfield, where I am currently located. I am flexible with location, but I rely on an e-bike for transportation, so distance and accessibility need to be considered.

Due to my current circumstances, I am not able to attend in-person viewings in advance. However, I am fully available for online communication and can participate in video viewings such as FaceTime or similar platforms if preferred. I am also able to complete all arrangements remotely and provide any necessary paperwork.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant looking for a stable and positive living environment. I receive ODSP, and my rent is reliable and always paid on time.

In my personal time, I prefer quiet, low-key activities. I enjoy YouTube, painting, and knitting. I also love cats and being around animals, so I am comfortable in homes with pets. I also like to attend church and would appreciate being near one if possible. I can be friendly and social when appropriate, and I also value my quiet time alone to recharge. Overall, I would consider myself easy to get along with and respectful of others and shared spaces.
