Hello! There will be an East-facing room available For One Individual (no couples, no kids) in a 4 bedroom, three storey house on March 1. Price does not include utilities which are split 4 ways and usually only like 30$. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, gas stove in the kitchen, some storage space in the basement, and a big backyard. It is at Dufferin and Davenport- walking distance to Bloor or St. Clair. Convenience store, pizza, and laundromat a 10 second walk away. There is one cat already in the house who does Not get along with other cats, unfortunately. A friendly, well-behaved, and well-looked after dog might be ok. There is also a bbq and a fire pit in the backyard. The other three rooms are occupied by a guitar teacher, a cook, and a house painter. We are all respectful of each others’ space and of the house and we all share duties like garbage, cleaning, etc. If you’d like to come see the place please reply with some basic info about yourself (age, job, etc) and maybe a couple things you like to do so we can get an idea of who you are and if you’ll be a good fit with us. First and last month’s rent and proof of income required. Thanks!
