(No men please!) As a seasoned vet of shared living accommodations, I would describe myself as very mindful, considerate, and respectful of the shared and common spaces. Currently, I am on summer holidays before returning to school in the fall at the St. George UofT campus. I’ll also be taking up a work-study position at First Nations House, so I will be out and busy. At home, I am a clean freak and will always clean up after myself and keep the space a bit too clean. I’m happy to co-live and mind my business, but also cool with being friends if it works out that way. Regardless, I won’t be offended if you don’t say hi when you get home or come out of your room. I’m pretty good at clear and honest communication, and I hope you are too. Don’t smoke, drink, or anything else. Cool with animals; I don’t have any because I don’t want to deal with their poop. I don’t even pick up my own poop! But if you’re the one dealing with the poop, I’m happy to pick up the perks of a new cutie friend. Looking to move in October-ish (need to give my landlord 2 months’ notice), so if you have anything around then for $800 or less, let me know!
