Hi, I am volunteering for non profits and churches at the moment and am looking to move in with my tiny lovely gray kitten.

My normal routine is wake up to do yoga and leave home before noon for work to stay outside all day. Then I’m back later in the late evening.

I keep everything clean after myself and I don’t make noise, don’t smoke, or party. I’m very low key and mostly stay outside during the day. I keep my cat in my room closed with her automated feeding machine and water. So she does not bother anyone. She is a shy cat anyway.

I am a friendly Asian person in my 40 who will start a graduate school study soon this September. I’m excited about it. I am happy hang out, but I am also fine with observing our privacy as well.

I am already in NYC, and I have to find a new apartment to live in the city between April and August 2026 before my study starts. I love reading and exploring new restaurants. I pay rents on time. That is not an issue.
