Hi! I’m a future Langara student, and I created this account early to get familiar with rental prices and better understand the housing market before I move.

I still have some time before relocating, but I like to plan ahead and do my research. I’m organized, responsible, and value a clean, respectful, and peaceful home environment.

I’ll have a structured routine focused on my studies and part-time work. I’m financially responsible, easy to communicate with, and respectful of shared spaces. I believe shared living works best when everyone is considerate and communicates clearly about expectations.
