I am currently looking for a private room to rent in Goderich, Ontario, with a budget between $600 and $900 CAD per month.

I am responsible, clean, and respectful. I do not smoke, I do not host parties, and I maintain shared spaces in good condition. My priority is to find a quiet and comfortable place where I can rest after work and focus on my professional goals.

I am comfortable sharing kitchen and common areas as long as there is mutual respect and good communication. I am ready to move in as soon as availability is confirmed.

Ideally, I am looking for a room with utilities included (hydro, water, internet), but I am open to discussing arrangements where utilities are shared.
