Hey I’m Jon. I’m easygoing and respectful to live with, and I try to keep a calm, positive home environment. I’m clean in common areas, good about doing my share of chores, and I’m considerate about noise and other people’s schedules.

My lifestyle is fairly active as I spend a lot of time at the gym, doing martial arts, mountain biking, or getting outside, so I’m not someone who just sits around the house all day. I also like having a place that feels relaxed and comfortable to come back to.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I communicate well if anything needs to be sorted out around the house. I’m social and friendly with roommates but also respect personal space. I’m happy to hang out occasionally or just coexist peacefully.

Overall I’m looking for a place where everyone is respectful, keeps shared spaces reasonably tidy, and contributes to a good living atmosphere.
