Hi, I’m French Canadian, fluent en anglais lol and rusting in Spanish. I’m a single professional self employed running a small construction business and looking for short term, 1-3 months. I’m in need of a place as I have a job in Vancouver to finish and need to concentrate on my condo sale. I owned this condo for 9 years and it’s time to move on. I have money to cover for the rent, like to cook home if I feel welcomed, haven’t roomate for a very long time lol but I’m friendly (most of the time 😝). I appreciate and value living in a very clean place and will always contribute. I know what it is to own so I’ll respect and act if it was mine. I’d prefer bringing my own queen mattress if it’s ok or I can make do for a short term. Although I love animals unfortunately I am allergic so unable to live with them unless hypoallergenic. What else… I am outdoorsy and need something ideally looking to nature or water. I’m sensitive to smell so I have hard time with scented products and get crazy headaches so I’m hoping to find somewhere that is able to accommodate. I don’t mind we use my laundry soap. I have a car and need a safe place to park it. Hope two weeks notice is fair. Thanks So where do I sign!??
