I am a professional working for the Government of Ontario. I looking for either a 1 bedroom for myself or a shared accommodation with a fellow professional. I am a non-smoker and am looking for a non-smoking home with no weed smell either. I do not like loud noise or music and want a quiet place. Ideally a place in Downtown Toronto or elsewhere in the city that’s close to TTC would be great. I am looking for a 6 month lease as there is a possibility that I may have to move to a different place but I could also end up staying for a longer period. I am therefore looking for either a month to month or a short lease instead of a 1 year lease.
