Hi everyone! I’m looking for either a bedroom in a shared apartment in the downtown core (possible Annex and Summerhill areas)

Move-in: May 1 (latest June 1)

Budget: ideally up to $1450, with some flexibility depending on the place.

Location:

Downtown core is my top choice — especially around St Patrick, Osgoode, or St Andrew stations, and I really like the Chinatown area. Also open to Annex, Summerhill, or Rosedale.

What I’m looking for: • in-unit laundry is a must • ideally private bathroom • window required (not a den) • ideally sharing with 1–2 respectful working professionals

About me:

I’m Hanna, 29, and have been living in Toronto for about three years. I recently got my PR and am excited to keep building my life in the city.

I work full-time in branding and marketing and spend most weekdays in the office. Outside of work I’m usually out and about — I love a good workout class, wandering through museums, long walks around downtown, and the occasional rave.

At home I’m usually pretty quiet, like to keep things clean and cozy, and appreciate a calm, respectful living environment.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m looking for something long-term. I’m also pet-friendly (especially cats!), though I do have a mild dust allergy so regular vacuuming helps.
