Looking for a room to rent in a house/apartment near UBC, Vancouver.

I am a 41 yr old, single, straight male. I am pursuing a degree at UBC to become a science teacher. I am clean, quiet, meditative, keep busy with my studies. I require a place from now until August 2027.

I am ok with renting a place for myself or having a roommate.

If I am sharing a place with a roommate, I prefer looking to share with someone who is vegetarian. Preferably another straight male working professional/student or an older couple with a vacant room.
