Very quiet, friendly, and only looking to stay for a month, I have a cat. His name is Percy. it will be me mostly there, my husband might be there a week or so tols, due to his job. My lease was over in Feb 28th and I did not want to sign a new lease dubto the private owners of the building, it’s been terrible luck finding anything, I’m in my distant famalies farm right now out of town so it’s been difficult searching. Looking to rent for a month, hopefully no deposit, only untill I find something more permanent, my furniture is in storage so I wouldn’t have much. Clean, respectful, no partying or others over.
