Hi! My name is Marcelo and I’m from Chile. I will be arriving in Vancouver on March 23 and I’m currently looking for a private furnished room.

I’m a quiet, respectful and clean person. I don’t smoke, I don’t party, and I live a calm and organized lifestyle. I’m responsible with shared spaces and easy to live with.

My budget is up to $1500 CAD per month. Ideally I’m looking for a place close to the SkyTrain, especially around King Edward, Metrotown, or Brentwood/Gilmore since they have direct access to downtown.

I plan to stay for several months while I settle in the city and work. I’m friendly, reliable and respectful of others’ space and routines.
