Current roommate’s family is moving in early, so I’m unexpectedly back on the market!! Looking for something in the downtown/close-to area for the summer, but a September/October-ish move out date works too

A bit about me: I’m 34, working full-time in Esquimalt, and am a clean, respectful, and easygoing person. I like to socialize but definitely value a quiet space to recharge. Outside of work, I like to stay active and usually spend my time on music, outdoors, or creative projects. Right now, I’m working on a short doc advocating against plastic use as well as starting the process of launching a clothing brand.
