I’m quiet, clean, respectful and looking for something west/downtown area. I have two brothers cats that are the best and will never pee or poo on your stuff. I have a car, so I do need parking. And I will likely pass away without AC. Sadly my cats don’t seem to like other animals. They do get the zoomies sometimes and meow, but I’ve had other roommates tell me they don’t hear them at night. Just thought I’d mention it in case you’re a light sleeper or don’t sleep with a fan or some sort of white noise. I’m super friendly but usually pretty exhausted by the time I get home so typically just veg out. I have a bf who rarely stays the night but am totally ok with your partners/guests crashing. I currently have my own apartment downtown, so I’m not in a huge rush but would like to find a roomie to get a bigger place. Sorry, no smokers, heavy drinkers, or hard drug users 🙏
