My roommate and I are look for a cheap place to live since we both go to UTM. We both have lived in an apartment before so we are very familiar with how rent and leasing goes. We are pretty sociable individuals but we also respect quiet times. We would need someone ok with having guests (as well as sleeping over from time to time) as long as everybody is respectful while doing so.
