Hi! My name is Erin. I’m looking for a 6-month- 1 year lease for my move to Alberta. I have a background in food service and wellness massage. I will be studying later in the year so I need to live somewhere in the city that is quiet and close to a shopping centre.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I really appreciate a quiet(ish), comfortable living environment—I’m mindful of shared spaces by cleaning common areas and communicate openly about things like noise, guests, and boundaries. I’m not a partier- though I wouldn’t mind a roomie to enjoy the odd drink with.

A bit about me: I’m into staying active by hiking and running, food, reading and keeping a balanced lifestyle in my day to day life. I’m friendly and social but also appreciate personal space and downtime.

Non-smoker, no pets, and will always pay rent on time.

My budget is between $500-1000 per month. I am open to living with people of any gender as long as you’re not a Karen and can communicate directly and respectfully with a housemate.
