I’m a 32 year-old former SMU student who is looking for an affordable living space, particularly smoke-free and quiet with regulations against night parties. I don’t mind cats and dogs in the houses since I used to have both as pets back when I lived with my parents (I no longer have pets now). I don’t have any roommates as of current, but my roommate preferences are folks who are chill, easygoing, are not loud night owls, and won’t judge my interests and hobbies. I have autism, so I’m sensitive to loud noises.
