I’m a 32 year-old male who is looking for an affordable living space, particularly smoke-free and quiet with regulations against night parties. I don’t mind cats and dogs in the houses since I used to have both as pets back when I lived with my parents (I no longer have pets now). I don’t have any roommates as of current, but my roommate preferences are folks who are chill, easygoing, are not loud night owls, and won’t judge my interests and hobbies (Japanese anime). I’m diagnosed with mild autism, so I’m sensitive to loud noises.
