I am a female, easygoing, responsible Canadian. I have a good job(work at a bank) and I am looking for a “ furnished “ master bedroom or basement with a separate entrance or a whole floor myself as soon as possible.

I have a daughter living in USA who will visit me during summer for 2 weeks at the most.. She’s 12 years old- quiet & sweet girl. So female roommates I prefer.

Also I might have a friend to come over to have tea time/dinner/a few drinks after work or so.

I don’t need a strict landlord who likes to control my life and censor my life. I am a responsible adult who respect people and want the same level of respect for cleaness, privacy, peace etc.

I am trying to save money to buy my own condo… so I prefer 2 months*1st and last and then month to month- 1 month notice before I move out.

I do have a SUV and need a parking space. I prefer living in a condo but I don’t mind living in a house with people who are not super sensitive about living with other people - Genuinely with kind heart and respect, positive vibe.

I know I am responsible and I am clean, and I am easy to get along with anyone as long as you respect my freedom, space and privacy and you do your jobs as a landlord.

Please text me or call me for showing. My comfortable price range is between 900-1100 and I don’t mind paying $1200 for a decent place. :) maybe $1300 Max… if it’s for basement (prefer walkout) or a whole floor myself. Or at least my own washroom… I am very open minded!
