Maxwell Cooper

Hello, my name is Maxwell Cooper.

I am a clean, respectful, and easygoing person who takes pride in maintaining a calm and well kept living environment. I recently graduated from the University of British Columbia and will be starting a full time role, so I have a consistent and responsible routine. I am mindful of shared spaces, keep things organized, and always make an effort to be considerate of others.

If living with roommates, we share similar values. We are all respectful, communicative, and conscious of keeping the space clean and comfortable. We enjoy being social at times but also value personal space and a quiet home environment.

Overall, I am reliable, low maintenance, and easy to live with, and I would treat the home with care.

In my free time I enjoy working out, playing sports, and relaxing on the beach.
