Mobile app development student looking for a chill shared living environment. I value having space to myself and am in an hybrid school program, so a roommate who works out of the house is preferred. I thrive in a quiet, low-drama home. I’m independent, respectful, and keep shared areas tidy. I’ve got a car so would need parking.

I have two cats, so I’d need to be the only pets in the unit. I’m not a good fit for a busy or social household—looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who wants a calm, well-maintained space. I tend to keep to myself but my cats are quite social once they warm up to people so I’d like to be friendly at minimum with a potential roomie.

Open to finding a place together or moving into the right situation.
