Hello! I’m Eve, 25. I’m going into my first year of university this fall, hoping to move out of my current place and into somewhere ideally a bit closer to the U of M, or at least close to busses, and pay less in rent 😌

I like my quiet, and I don’t really go out or invite people over. I like my space as my space. I’m not interested in dating so I also won’t be bringing that into the house. I’m sober for the most part, but I have no issue with you drinking, weed, mushrooms as long as you’re respectful. Just y’know, ideally no hard drugs lmao.

I’m a nerd, in the most umbrella term way. I like being alone, I like playing my games, watching my content. I have a telescope so when it comes to finding a place, I would really be super into finding one with a balcony. I play Minecraft, super excited for the new Tomodachi Life, playing Deltarune as it releases. I also enjoy knitting, sewing. I’m like, vaguely metaphysical but not really. Gay for the most part. I don’t practice any religions, but I will respect any of yours fully.

I have a 13 year old kitty, Merida. Small, cuddles on her terms but will usually take a pet whenever. She’s not really a kitty keen on other cats, so ideally you don’t have a cat of your own but if we really vibe, we can see how our cats get along. No DOGS, but any other pet I’m probably cool with.

I only bus, so I’d want to find somewhere near busses. If you need a parking spot, I would probably say that you gotta pay for that on your own…….. but we can see.

Just hoping to find someone with the same like, respect and morals. Someone who enjoys their isolation and peace, doesn’t do anything crazy. Ideally doesn’t really have people over, or atleast not being loud. Helps keep the home clean enough, liveable at least. Age range like, 24 to I don’t know, 30? 35? 60? Older doesn’t really matter, but I’m not living with anyone younger than 24.

Ideally, you are queer in someway, probably not a cis man, above the age of 24, plan to not move around anytime soon, and likes cats 😌
