I work in the education sector at Nipissing University and will be in town part-time (approximately 2–4 nights per week max). I am very clean, organized, and easy to live with. I value a calm, comfortable and respectful environment.

I am a non-smoker, responsible, and financially stable. I have a car, so parking is required for me. Ideally looking for an all-inclusive arrangement (WiFi, utilities included). Natural light and a welcoming space are important to me.
