I am a professional Artist and Business Owner. I prefer to live with females. Budget $650 to $700 max including utilities. I am Independent, non smoker, once in a blue moon drinker, absolutely no drugs and no canabis friendly, very quiet creative and very much a loner but friendly and social when around people. Very clean and organized so I expect the same wherever I live. A bit of a workoholic 😁 as I am Entrepreneur and do a lot of everything. Looking for a temporary room 2 to 6 months or more depending on how I like the place. This is a temporary fix until I find a more permanent home.
