I’m looking for a roommate to move in on May 1. This is a 2‑bedroom legal basement suite with its own private entrance in a new infill development near Meadowlark.

The shared spaces are fully furnished by me, so you only need to bring your bed.

Rent breakdown:

• Total rent: $1,275 split between us • Utilities: $250 flat • Internet: $80 • Your share: $802/month

This is not a sublease — you will need to submit an application to the property management once I give the go signal.

I’m a clean and respectful person, and I expect the same from whoever moves in.
