Hi, my name is Niko,

I am a quiet, busy freelancing professional in the arts (music, comedy, podcasts, video, live performances), severely injured awaiting surgery for my back and neck, I receive odsp and soon cpp, and engage in consulting work part time. I earn between 1500-2000 per month. I may go back to university during this time though I am still undecided and my body needs to get surgery before I can decide. That is still awhile away.

I am clean, regimented, quiet, I rarely have visitors over and I am constantly out doors.

I am seeking a room anywhere in toronto, preferably along line 1, line 2, or line 5, between $500-$1000 per month CAD for a minimum of a one year lease.

I never have a dirty dish, dishes are done right after I cook, I occasionally bake treats for people and love to make yummy comfort foods.
