I would be a great tenant because I am responsible, quiet, and highly value a clean living space. I am currently a second-year Electrical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, so the vast majority of my time is spent studying, working on projects, or preparing for my co-op terms. Because my schedule is so busy, I treat my home as a peaceful place to study and recharge. I enjoy cooking and meal-prepping for the week, and I always make sure to clean up the kitchen immediately afterward. In my downtime, I mostly just relax quietly and play video games. I am not a party person at all, and I am very respectful of the property and noise levels.
