Weekends are low-key. • Income source: UBC co-op placement income + savings • House rules: very comfortable following clear and strict house rules • Free time: Reading, watching movies, writing, and drawing • Shared cleaning: Happy to contribute regularly (e.g., weekly or as needed to maintain shared spaces) • Roommate experience: I’ve lived in shared rooms at student residence and am used to being respectful, quiet, and clean in common spaces • Best quality as a roommate: Considerate, consistent with cleanliness, and willingness of communication • Reason for moving: Temporary housing for my co-op work terms in Richmond • Viewing availability: April 24th, May 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th (and more weekends)
