I’m a 38-year-old working professional originally from South Africa, living in Vancouver for the past four years. I work as a project estimator in the commercial HVAC industry.

I have a legal and financial background and keep a structured routine. I’ll be starting a construction management program in July, but I’m working full-time.

I’ve lived in shared homes with both men and women over the years and get along well in mixed households. I’m respectful, clean and easygoing. I value a quiet, comfortable home environment. I’d prefer a more relaxed, low-key living space.
