I am a very quiet student looking to rent a room for the summer for an internship in Edmonton. I do not have any pets, I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drugs, but I am fine to live with someone with those lifestyles as long as it does not bother me. I just need a private bedroom, but otherwise am fine to share bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces etc. I prefer to keep to myself, and will only use the room 3 days a week (the rest of the week I live in Calgary), and will have my internship the days I am in Edmonton, so will only be in the house in the evenings and mornings. I will bring my own groceries, and am good to share food that I make with other people if they want. I keep my space clean, and always clean behind me if I am using shared spaces. Even if I am in the house only 3 days a week, I am good to do my share of household chores as if I was living full-time there.
