I’m a professional working in Calgary and I’m looking for a quiet, comfortable room from around 1 June for at least 6 months, possibly longer.

I’m tidy, respectful, reliable with rent, and easy to live with. At home I’m usually quiet (reading, studying, cooking, or relaxing) and I’m not looking for a party house. I’d prefer to live with mature, considerate people who value a calm and peaceful home.

I’m friendly and sociable, but also very respectful of privacy and personal space. I’m looking for somewhere with bills included, good access to public transport, and ideally a written rental agreement.
