I’m a professional working in Calgary and I’m looking for a quiet, comfortable room from around 1 June for at least 6 months, possibly longer.

I’m tidy, respectful, reliable with rent, and easy to live with. I don’t drink or smoke. At home I’m usually quiet (reading, studying, cooking, or relaxing) and I’m not looking for a party house. I’d prefer to live with mature, considerate people who value a calm and peaceful home.

I’m respectful of privacy and personal space. I’m looking for somewhere with bills included, good access to public transport, and ideally a written rental agreement.
