Super chill guy, very clean, neat and respectful. I work in town Monday to Friday and go home each weekend to Vancouver Island. So you have weekends to yourself. Occasionally my wife comes for a 1 or 2 day visit. Maybe once every three months.

I work 10 hour days and looking for a clean quiet place to stay while I am here. Up at 05:30 (very quiet) and back about 6pm ish. In bed by 10pm latest.

I am a home owner and over here just to work. No parties or drugs at all.
