I am a Vancouver local and a student at UBC. I’m quite busy with school and work so I’m not home very often, but when I am I’m friendly but quiet. I have 4 years of roommate experience so I have already developed good roommate habits (I.e. washing dishes promptly, paying rent on time, keeping shared areas tidy, doing my share of house chores) and have never had a bad roommate experience, as any conflicts that have come up have all been resolved quickly, easily, and without drama.
